1. About Albahub

Albahub, LLC is a Michigan limited liability company ("Albahub", "we", "us"). This website (albahub.io) is a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site. No commercial service is currently offered.

2. Permitted Use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the site without prior written consent.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to block access for violations without notice.

3. Early Access & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service. Submission of your email is a request to be notified — not a binding contract for services. Albahub may grant, delay, or deny access to any individual at its sole discretion.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on albahub.io — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Albahub, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Described features and capabilities are aspirational and subject to change.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albahub, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, business opportunities, or profits — arising from your use of this site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of this site shall not exceed $0, as no fees are charged for the current waitlist service.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted remotely or in Macomb County, Michigan.

Arbitration opt-out: You may opt out of binding arbitration by emailing contact@albahub.io within 30 days of first using this site. Include "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line. If you opt out, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
