Privacy Policy
Albahub, LLC operates albahub.io. This policy explains what data we collect when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and how to request deletion.
1. What We Collect
When you submit your email to join the early access waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — provided by you at submission.
- IP address — captured server-side via Cloudflare request headers at the moment of submission.
- Browser fingerprint fields — collected automatically by our page for fraud and bot detection (see table below).
- Cloudflare metadata — bot score and CF-Ray ID attached by Cloudflare to the server request.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any payment information.
2. How We Use It
- Email — to notify you when early access opens. We will not send marketing emails without your separate consent.
- IP address & browser fingerprint — to detect bots and prevent duplicate or fraudulent signups. We do not build advertising profiles or sell this data.
- UTM / referrer fields — to understand which marketing channels drive interest, in aggregate.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Storage & Security
Your data is stored in an Oracle Autonomous Database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (US-Ashburn region). All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+. Access is restricted to authorized Albahub personnel. Database connections use mutual TLS (mTLS) client certificate authentication.
We retain waitlist records for up to 3 years from the date of signup, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
4. Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare — our CDN, DDoS protection, and API proxy. Cloudflare processes connection metadata per their privacy policy.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — database hosting in the US-Ashburn region. Data does not leave the US. Oracle's privacy practices: oracle.com/legal/privacy.
- Bizee (registered agent) — our statutory registered agent in Michigan. Bizee does not receive or process any user data.
5. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Request access to the data we hold on you.
- Request deletion of your record. We will process and confirm within 30 days.
- Correct inaccurate data by contacting us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@albahub.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the email address you used to sign up.
We do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.
7. Changes & Contact
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of albahub.io after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
